Preparation

    1. Knead the butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and egg into a smooth dough and pour into a prepared springform pan. Line the base and sides, approx. 3 - 4 cm high, with it.
    2. Mix the quark, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, vanilla custard powder, oil and milk together and pour into the springform pan lined with pastry.
    3. Bake in a hot oven at 180 °C hot air for approx. 1 hour.
