Preparation

    1. Wash the peppers, halve them, remove the seeds and then chop them into small pieces and put them in a bowl. Mix the olive oil with the pressed garlic and herbs in a small bowl. Then cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Put the peppers and the feta cheese cubes in the bowl. Now mix in the olive oil mixture and add salt and pepper.
    2. Wash the zucchinis, cut them in half or into a fan shape and scrape out the inside with a teaspoon. Spread the filling evenly over the zucchinis.
    3. Next, place the zucchini on the grill and cook for around 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped chili, serve and enjoy.
