Preparation

    1. Mix the mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper thoroughly with a whisk. Slowly add the oil and continue beating until everything is creamy.
    2. Finely chop the shallot and onion and add them too. Wash and dry the chives. Then chop finely and add them. Stir everything well again. 
    Tastes delicious with all kinds of salad!
