TERMS OF USE AND NOTICE OF RESTRICTED RIGHTS

All images, photos, videos, product descriptions, product data, texts, logos, trademarks and information made available to you via the website www.roesle.com are subject to RÖSLE's property rights.

Use in the course of business is restricted to the sale of RÖSLE products. With regard to the individual property rights, the following terms of use must be observed:

  1. Product illustrations, product photos, product videos: All of the aforementioned illustrations may not be modified, but they may be embedded in their existing advertising or presentation format. Any use must always include the RÖSLE logo or a reference to RÖSLE.
  2. Brand logos, brand names: All RÖSLE trademarks may not be altered, but may be embedded in an advertising design related to RÖSLE products.
  3. Awards for designs or product tests: logos referring to awards or product test results may not be altered and may only be used with the product referred to. For example, an outdated test result may not be used for a more recent product.
  4. Photos that do not show RÖSLE products: Abstract advertising photos without product reference provided by RÖSLE may be subject to further restrictions of use, as RÖSLE itself is not the owner of these rights. When such photos are made available, you will be informed of the restrictions of use, e.g. with regard to a temporal, spatial and media restriction (e.g. use in Germany for one year in print media).
  5. Product descriptions, information texts, product data: The above data can be adapted editorially to an existing presentation format. However, care must be taken to ensure that fixed product data or safety instructions are not changed.

Deviations from the aforementioned terms of use or infringements of the aforementioned property rights may result in claims for damages by RÖSLE and by third parties and may have criminal relevance.
